Ingredients
  

  • 600 g Cabbage
  • 100 g Butterba
  • 100 g Farina
  • 1 l Whole milk
  • 300 g Pork sausage
  • 300 g Mozzarella
  • 60 g Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 100 ml vegetable broth
  • Extra virgin olive oil q,b
  • Nut moscata q,b
  • pepper q,b
  • salt up q,b

Method
 

  1. In a pan it makes sauté the sausage well.
    Then remove it from the pan and store it in the heat.
  2. in the same pan add a drizzle of oil and the cabbage cut into strips.
    Salt and stew for about 15 minuit by helping cooking with vegetable broth.
  3. In the meantime, prepare the béchamel sauce.
    A saucepan add the butter and let it melt then add the flour, mix up to add the milk.
    Season with salt and add noca moscate and pepper.
  4. In a baking dish add a layer of béchamel.
    Then the puff pastry, a layer of béchamel sauce, sausage and stewed shredded.
    Finish the layer with the pizza mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
    Repeat until the ingredients are finished.
  5. Bake in a static oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
