We wash the plate with a little butter and let it heat. If you have a rectangular or flower-shaped poundry, use it as well.When the plate is almost hot, we pour a batter ladle in the center and move the plate so that it distributes evenly. Cook the gofri on both sides for about 4 minutes to the side or at least until it will easily detach from the plate. We proceed to the end of the batter. And now let's make them as we prefer!
