Clean the cabbage leaves by removing the hard part in the center.

Now we incorporate the flour, always stirring with the fork.
Let's join the cabbage cut to the batter, blending well.
We prepare a pan or a large pan with oil to fry and, as soon as it becomes very hot (about 170 degrees C), we shape our pancakes and fry them by turning them occasionally until golden browning. It'll just take a couple of minutes.
When they are ready, drain them and place them on a sheet of absorbent paper to eliminate excess oil.
