Salmon and zucchini skewers

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g salmon Downed
  • 1 zucchinine
  • pepper q.b
  • salt up q.b
  • 150 g sparkling water cold
  • 130 g flour 00
  • Oil for frying q.b

Method
 

  1. We remove the skin from the salmon and cut it into chunks about 2 cm or a little more.
  2. We also cut the zucchini into cubes.
  3. We put a piece of salmon in the skewers, then one of zucchini, then the salmon again and finally the zucchini. We sink with salt and a pinch of pepper.
  4. Let's get the batter ready. In a bowl pour the cold carbonated water and add the flour little by little, along with a pinch of salt. We mix with a fork or whip so as not to create lumps
  5. We heat oil to fry in a large pan and when it is hot we pass the skewers in the batter and then dim them in the pan, frying them until golden brown.
  6. We squalic our skewers on paper and serve them warm!
