We boil and squeeze the herbs.
We carry a pan on the fire with extra virgin olive oil and crumble inside the sausages to make them brown.
We prepare all the ingredients (flams, béchamel, cube mozzarella, grated cheese, herbs and browned sausages) and we assemble our lasagna: we take a 30x20 cm baking dish and smear a little béchamel on the bottom.
We place on a pastry and cover with another béchamel.
Add a bit of sausage, a bit of herbs, a little mozzarella and a sprinkling of grated cheese
We continue with the other layers in the same way, until the ingredients are finished.
We put in the oven and cook at 180-190 C for 40-45 minutes.
