Ingredients
  

  • 125 g cous cous instant
  • 125 ml water
  • 150 g beans cannellini pre-cooks
  • 150 g shrrettos fresh or frozen
  • 1 zucchinine
  • 0.5 The company onions
  • Turmeruma q-b
  • Extra virgin olive oil q.b
  • salt up q.b
  • mint q.b. fresh to decorate

Method
 

  1. In a saucepan we put the water, turmeric, a pinch of salt, a tablespoon of oil and mix.
  2. We bring the water flavored to a boil almost.

  3. In a large bowl we put the couscous and pour over the hot water, mix quickly and cover with a dish, letting stand for about 5 minutes. After the time, the cous cous will have swelled.
  4. In the meantime, we prepare the seasoning. In a pan we sauté with the thinly cut onion.
  5. As soon as it is browned, we add the zucchini to rounds. We give salt and let it cook for a few minutes.
  6. Now add the cannellini beans.
  7. We also combine shrimp and let it cook just a few minutes.

  8. Now we widen the cous cous well by eliminating any lumps with the fork.

  10. When we are platy, we add a little oil and decorate with a mint sheet. Our cous cous beans and shrimp is ready: enjoy!
