In a saucepan we put the water, turmeric, a pinch of salt, a tablespoon of oil and mix.
We bring the water flavored to a boil almost.
In a large bowl we put the couscous and pour over the hot water, mix quickly and cover with a dish, letting stand for about 5 minutes. After the time, the cous cous will have swelled.
In the meantime, we prepare the seasoning. In a pan we sauté with the thinly cut onion.
As soon as it is browned, we add the zucchini to rounds. We give salt and let it cook for a few minutes.
Now add the cannellini beans.
We also combine shrimp and let it cook just a few minutes.
Now we widen the cous cous well by eliminating any lumps with the fork.
We pour the dressing directly into the bowl and mix well.
When we are platy, we add a little oil and decorate with a mint sheet. Our cous cous beans and shrimp is ready: enjoy!
