Mix everything well to obtain a uniform mixture, which will be used as a marinade for the chicken steaks.”
Place the chicken thighs in the prepared marinade, making sure they are well coated. Let them marinate for about 10 minutes.
Now place the marinated chicken thighs in the basket lined with parchment paper, making sure they are arranged in a single layer without overlapping. Cook the meat at 200°C (400°F) for about 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken steaks are golden and fully cooked inside.
Serve the chicken steaks hot with their juices, optionally accompanied by a side dish of your choice.
