Ingredients
  

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons grated cheese
  • Dried rosemary, to taste
  • Dried thyme to taste
  • Sweet paprika, to taste
  • Fine salt to taste

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, honey, lemon juice, minced garlic, rosemary and thyme, sweet paprika, grated cheese, and salt.
  2. Mix everything well to obtain a uniform mixture, which will be used as a marinade for the chicken steaks.”
  3. Place the chicken thighs in the prepared marinade, making sure they are well coated. Let them marinate for about 10 minutes.
  4. Now place the marinated chicken thighs in the basket lined with parchment paper, making sure they are arranged in a single layer without overlapping. Cook the meat at 200°C (400°F) for about 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken steaks are golden and fully cooked inside.
  5. Serve the chicken steaks hot with their juices, optionally accompanied by a side dish of your choice.
