Chicken in a pan with the Mediterranean

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 kg chicken Chicken from the Marche Bio Fileni
  • Extra virgin olive oil q.b
  • 2 cloves aglio in a shirt
  • 1 sprig and rosesmarino, and the ros
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 150 g Green olives
  • 150 g black olives
  • 150 g tomatoes dried
  • 50 g capers Sauded yourself
  • salt up q.b
  • pepper q.b

Method
 

  1. We cut our Chicken into pieces
  2. In a pan we pour plenty of olive oil and lay down the pieces of chicken. Add the garlic cloves and rosemary.
  3. We carry the pan on the fire and let it brown well, taking care to turn the meat to make it brown on both sides.
  4. When the chicken is well browned, we fade with white wine.
  5. We cover and cook for about 30 minutes, turning the chicken occasionally.
  6. After the time, we season with salt and pepper and then add the rest of the ingredients: the green and black olives, the dried tomatoes, the capers. We stir and leave a couple of minutes on the fire.
  7. We serve our Mediterranean chicken on a nice serving tray, distributing over the meat the sauce and the sauce formed in cooking.
