  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cumin

For the rice
  • 60 g rice
  • Chopped parsley
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
For the beans
  • 200 g cooked beans or ready-made Mexican-style beans
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon dried chili powder
  • 1 garlic clove

  • 100 g cheese such as cheddar, scamorza, or caciocavallo
