Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 kg Chicken in pieces
  • salt up q,b
  • pepper q.b
  • 2 onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 Selery stem
  • 350 g Tomato puree
  • flour 00 q.b. to flour the pieces of chicken
  • 200 ml besciamella
  • 30 g grated cheese

Method
 

  1. We cut the chicken into pieces and season it well with salt and pepper. Let's let it flavor.
  2. In the meantime, we prepare the sauce: in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil we fry onions, carrots and chopped celery. Then add the tomato sauce, salt and cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. Now we stuff the pieces of chicken well and place them in a buttered baking dish. We cover the chicken with the tomato sauce and then add the béchamel sauce, distributing it on top with a spoon. Finally we sprinkle with grated cheese.
  4. We bake in a ventilated oven at 190 degrees for about 45 minutes, or in a static oven at 200 degrees C for the same time.
