Lasagna with herbs and sausage.
A tasty alternative to the classic lasagna with meat sauce? I have it: the lasagne herbs and sausage! They are white lasagna, really tasty, that I prepared using the weld s collected in the surroundings of my house. But they can be replaced with ingredients more easily available such as spinach, chard, chicory. Or one of those mixes of herbs, both fresh and frozen, found in all supermarkets.

In addition to herbs, we will season our dish with delicious dough sausage; each layer will also be enriched with béchamel sauce, cubed mozzarella and a nice sprinkling of grated cheese. A perfect balance of strong and more delicate flavors… to make your mouth water!

Making this recipe is very simple. Just assemble the lasagna, layer by layer, in a suitable baking dish (I used a 30×20 cm) and cook it in the oven for about forty minutes.
The result will be a rich, delicious and melting dish in the mouth, perfect for a Sunday lunch with the family.

Method
- We boil and squeeze the herbs.
- We carry a pan on the fire with extra virgin olive oil and crumble inside the sausages to make them brown.
- We prepare all the ingredients (flams, béchamel, cube mozzarella, grated cheese, herbs and browned sausages) and we assemble our lasagna: we take a 30×20 cm baking dish and smear a little béchamel on the bottom.
- We place on a pastry and cover with another béchamel.
- Add a bit of sausage, a bit of herbs, a little mozzarella and a sprinkling of grated cheese
- We continue with the other layers in the same way, until the ingredients are finished.
- We put in the oven and cook at 180-190 C for 40-45 minutes.
