Today we prepare together the teaspoon biscuits: fragrant and delicate, enriched with chocolate chips, are perfect to soak in hot milk in the morning at breakfast and are prepared easily.

It will take only two tablespoons to give shape to these delicious biscuits that, being prepared with ammonia for desserts, are maintained for a month as freshly baked. I recommend you keep them in a tin box or in a container for hermetically sealed biscuits.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 180 g sugar
  • 1 small bag vanyllina
  • 125 g butter melted down
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 150 g Potato starch
  • 1 small bag ammonia for biscuits
  • 280 g flour
  • 100 g chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. To prepare the biscuits with a spoon, first of all we break the eggs in a bowl and start mixing with the electric whisks.
  2. Continuing to mix with the electric whisks, add the sugar and a sachet of vanillin. Then pour the melted butter and milk.
  3. Let’s now add the potato starch, a sachet of ammonia for sweets, the flour a little at a time and finally the chocolate chips, always continuing to mix with the whips.
  4. Mix until we get a smooth mixture without lumps.
    We use two spoons to give shape to the biscuits and place them directly in the baking tray, covered with parchment paper
  5. With this dose we will get about 24 biscuits and need two large pans. Baked plates are also fine.
    We take the biscuits to cook in a ventilated oven, preheated to 170 degrees, for 20 minutes or in a static oven, preheated at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  6. Once cooked, let them cool completely before removing them from the pan.
    Let’s store them in a hermetically sealed cookie box: they will remain fragrant for at least a month, if stored correctly!
