The ingredients we need are very easy to find and are usually already in our homes: potatoes, eggs, canned tuna, grated cheese, breadcrumbs, olives, plus herbs and spices to flavor our fish meatloaf. We will prepare it in the classic way, by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl. Easy and quick, just the way I like it!
Once the mixture is ready, we wrap it in a roll of puff pastry and brush it with egg yolk before baking. The result is a meatloaf that is soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, delicious and full of flavor.

Serving suggestions

- In a bowl we crush the boiled potatoes, helping us with a fork.

- We add the eggs, salt and pepper, nutmeg and chopped parsley and mix everything with a fork.

- Now we combine the mixture with tuna and incorporate
- We also add grated cheese, the sliced olives and the breadcrumbs. We mix everything well.

- We prepare the roll of puff pastry and arrange the mixture in the center of the rectangle. With our hands we compare it and give it a regular shape.
- We close over the dough and seal the edges.
- We place the meatloaf in a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and brush it with egg red.
- We bake and bake in a ventilated oven at 185 degrees C for 35-40 minutes, or in a static oven at 195 degrees C for the same time

Tips
Instead of puff pastry, you can also use shortcrust pastry or even savory tart pastry.
